Terms of Service
Last updated: September 9, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of LifeOps and the wider suite. Please read them carefully. Bracketed items (for example, the operating entity and jurisdiction) are placeholders to be completed before go-live.
1. Who we are
LifeOps is part of a two-product suite — PodOps (podcast operations) and PRAgency (AI-assisted public relations) — operated by [Operator Legal Entity, Inc.] (“we,” “us,” or “the Operator”), registered in [jurisdiction]. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and the Operator and govern your access to and use of LifeOps, its websites, and related services (together, the “Service”).
Our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Data Processing Addendum are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using LifeOps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service. The Service is not directed to children.
4. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.
For team, multi-account, and agency editions, the workspace owner is responsible for the conduct and access of the members they invite.
5. Your content and data
You retain all ownership of the content and data you submit to the Service (“Your Content”) — including podcasts, episodes, guest records, talent profiles, pitches, documents, and other materials. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service for you, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights and any consents needed to submit it and to have it processed by the Service and its subprocessors.
6. AI-assisted features
LifeOps offers AI-assisted features — for example, drafting show notes, titles, outreach, and pitches. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated output before you rely on it, publish it, or send it. AI features do not send anything on your behalf without your action and approval.
AI features may be powered by third-party model providers acting as our subprocessors; see the Data Processing Addendum.
7. Acceptable use
Use LifeOps lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to:
- break the law, infringe others' rights, or violate any third party's privacy;
- send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or abusive communications, or send spam or unsolicited outreach in violation of applicable anti-spam laws;
- upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe or disrupt the Service, or circumvent usage limits, access controls, or licensing;
- reverse engineer, resell, or use the Service to build a competing product, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;
- use AI features to generate unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
8. Plans, trials, and billing
The Service is offered in editions — for LifeOps these are LifeOps. Features per edition are described on our pricing page.
Self-serve billing is not enabled yet. During this period, no charges are made and no payment details are collected through the Service. When paid plans launch, fees, billing cadence, and any free-trial terms will be presented at checkout and in your workspace settings before you are charged. Paid subscriptions will renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel effective at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Taxes may apply.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by the Operator and its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service per your plan. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
10. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (for example, hosting, email/notification relays, publishing destinations, and AI model providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, to protect the Service or other users, or as required by law.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends. You may request an export of Your Content before termination (see our Privacy Policy), after which Your Content may be deleted in line with our retention practices.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI output will be accurate.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim (or, during the period before paid plans launch, [USD $100 / statutory minimum]).
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of [venue] will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law grants you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. [Include any arbitration / class-action-waiver clause here only after counsel review.]
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated (for example, by email or an in-product notice), and continued use of LifeOps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
